The rules that apply when you use Nenni. Please take a look before you download.
Important: Nenni is a tracking and reminder tool; it is not a medical device or health advice. For decisions about your baby’s health, always consult your pediatrician.
1 · Acceptance of the terms
By downloading and using the Nenni app, you accept these Terms of Use. If you don’t accept the terms, don’t use the app. These terms are read together with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.
2 · The service
Nenni is a personal tracking app that lets you record information such as your baby’s feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, vaccines and postpartum mood, set reminders, and share these entries with the caregivers you invite. The service is provided “as is” and is improved from time to time.
3 · Medical disclaimer
The information in the app (the vaccination schedule, growth curves, solids guide, postpartum self-assessment, etc.) is for information only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nenni is not a medical device.
The answers from the Nenni Assistant and sleep analysis are produced by AI; they are general information and may be wrong or incomplete. The Assistant doesn’t diagnose or recommend medication or doses.
If you have a health concern or face an emergency, contact your pediatrician, the nearest health facility or 112 (Türkiye’s emergency number) without delay. Nenni cannot be held responsible for decisions you make based on the content in the app.
4 · Your account and responsibilities
- You are responsible for giving accurate information when you create your account and for protecting your sign-in details.
- You are responsible for what is done under your account and for the access of the caregivers you invite.
- You use the app only for your own baby or for a child whose care you have taken on.
5 · Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in a way that violates the rights of others, by trying to reverse-engineer the service, or in a way that harms the infrastructure. If you break these rules, your access may be restricted.
6 · Intellectual property
The app’s design, code, brand name (“Nenni”), logo and images belong to the developer and are protected. The entries you enter (your baby’s data) belong to you; we process them only to provide the service.
7 · Fees and changes
The basic features are provided free and ad-free. Nenni+ offers extra features through an optional subscription; it is purchased monthly or yearly through your device’s app store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period; you can turn off renewal at any time in your store account settings, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Nenni+ is tied to the baby: everyone on the baby’s team uses it for that baby. A reasonable usage limit applies to the AI features to prevent misuse. Paid features don’t take away the free functions you already have.
We may update these terms from time to time; we announce important changes inside the app or on this page.
8 · Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nenni cannot be held responsible for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages arising from use of the app. It is your responsibility to back up your data and to make important health decisions with the advice of a professional.
9 · Termination and governing law
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account from inside the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; in disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
